Three notes about writing briefs for a model that turns them into moving pictures with sound attached.

Interest, declared

These pages are written by someone who operates an independent third-party interface to a generative video model. That is a commercial interest in the subject, and it is stated here rather than in small type at the bottom.

It is also where the material comes from. Operating an interface means reading a lot of real briefs written by people who are not prompt engineers, and the same handful of structural mistakes show up in almost all of them. None of the notes here are about adjectives.

What a claim here rests on

Three grades, and the text says which one applies:

Documented. The model's own reference says so. Field names, ordering rules, input caps. Collected in one place at the specification table, each row linked to its source.
Run. I wrote the prompt, generated the clip, and looked at the result. Most of what is here.
Rule of thumb. A habit that has worked, offered as a habit. Weaker than the other two and labelled that way in the sentence.

What is not here

No rankings, no vendor comparisons, no affiliate links, and no claim that one model is better than another at this. The structural advice generalises; the field names do not, and where a field name is specific to one model the text names the model.
